The anti-blowing and vibration ash cleaning method has low energy consumption, but the general filtering speed is also about half lower than the pulse ash cleaning method, which leads to large floor area and increased initial investment costs

In terms of dust capture efficiency, there is little difference between the two. This is because the dust layer on the filter material is not easy to be "excessively cleaned", and the problem often occurs in garbage incineration is that the dust is not well cleaned, that is, the dust on the filter bag cannot be removed, resulting in increasing resistance

The bag-type dust collector on the garbage incinerator is preferably of a compartment structure. This facilitates maintenance without affecting the operation of the incinerator. In addition, the three-state ash cleaning method can be used to improve the ash cleaning effect after separation

The following factors should be considered for the material of filter material: temperature resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, oxidation resistance, etc; In addition, due to the high humidity of waste incineration flue gas, the anti-hydrolysis ability is also a factor to be considered in the selection of filter material. Due to the difference of filter bag material and its price, the final choice is often the result of comprehensive consideration of one-time investment, operation cost and effect. Generally available filter media include glass fiber filter media, Teflon, Ryton, P84, Gore-tex, etc. Ryton filter material has good acid resistance, hydrolysis resistance and wear resistance, and its price is not too expensive. As long as the oxygen content of flue gas is lower than the level it can tolerate (the oxygen content that can be tolerated at different temperatures is different), it can achieve good results. P84 has better dust collection effect than Ryton, but its hydrolysis resistance is not as good as Ryton. Gortas has good performance, but its price is high. Teflon has good acid and alkali resistance, but its price is high. Glass fiber cloth can not filter gas containing HF, but the price is relatively appropriate

(3) Pay attention to the acid dew point of flue gas. When the flue gas temperature is lower than the acid dew point, the acid generated by the condensation will corrode the equipment and form a dust bond on the filter material. Therefore, some measures should be taken for the dust removal system, such as ash hopper heating, hot air circulation, pipe bypass, equipment insulation, flue gas heating, etc

(4) Pay attention to the selection of well-manufactured equipment. In particular, the components and components of the pulse blowing system, the inspection doors, the ash discharging and conveying devices, the matching of the filter bag and the flower board, the design and processing quality of the filter bag cage bone (smoothness and verticality, etc.) are all better, otherwise the long-term good operation of the equipment will be affected
